Thank you for visiting my website. I would like to take a few moments to tell a little more about myself and why you should call on me for all of your real estate needs.


Mission Statement


My mission is to provide an exceptional level of professional real estate consulting services to a limited number of buyers and sellers, while developing long lasting personal relationships with each of them, and becoming their 'nest builder for life'.

My Services

As a 'Buyer's Agent', I work with buyers who are relocating both from within and from outside of northern New Jersey, and who are looking to purchase existing single-family homes, town homes, condominiums or new construction. Most of my new clients are referred to me by existing clients or 3rd party relocation companies-though being referred to me is not a requirement in order to have me go to work for you. Some folks have only a day or a weekend to find a new home and a narrow area of neighborhoods to consider. Others will look over many weeks or months and perhaps in both Morris and Sussex counties, or even in neighboring counties or states. Whatever your time frame or geographic limits, I'm committed to get you into to the home that meets your needs and fulfills your dreams-whether it's your very 1st home, or your 20th.

As a 'Seller's Agent', I work with homeowners who are looking to trade-up, downsize, or relocate out of the area. Most of my sellers are existing clients or have been referred to me by existing clients or 3rd party relocation companies. How I work with New Buyers

When you are ready to enlist the services of a Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker/Salesperson, contact me via e-mail or telephone. After a brief telephone interview in which we can both get to know each other better, I'll put together and mail a customized relocation package to you. We'll also schedule a date for our first meeting and home tour. And, I'll put you in touch with a financing specialist who will help you firm up your price range and assess your readiness to buy.

If you need to look for a new home outside of my market area, I will put you in touch with a top caliber colleague who will assist you in much the same way. Simply contact me and mention the counties or towns that you'd like to visit in the 'Additional Criteria' section.

I've closed Over $70 Million in Residential Sales since 1994, so you can relax knowing that I am putting my vast experience and aggressive negotiating skills to work for you.

I joined RE/MAX Properties Unlimited in January 2000 after spending the 1st 7 years of my career in traditional real estate offices. I am a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, which puts me in the Top 25% of all RE/MAX agents worldwide.

I'm a member of the Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS), which is used almost exclusively by ALL Morris and Sussex County Real Estate Brokers. Therefore, you'll have access to virtually every listing through me.

I am an active member of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors, Jersey Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Thus, you can count on me to be knowledgeable about the Code of Ethics that guides us all, and the laws that protect you, the consumer.

I continue to 'sharpen the saw' by participating in real estate related continuing education. To date I've earned the professional designations from the Graduate Realtor Institute and as a Certified Residential Specialist. I'm also a member of the 'By Referral Only' family. My Personal Background and Interests

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Accordingly, I speak fluent Pittsburghese. (They drink 'pop' and use 'gum-bands' on the 'souse-side' there.) I left Pittsburgh to attend Penn State University where I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business Management, and a Master's of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics. And, I draw on my business and economics training almost every day in Real Estate, and continue to serve PSU as an alumni recruiter.

I relocated to Northern Jersey 20 years ago. I am married with 2 pre-teen children, 2 dogs (a Wired Hair Fox Terrier and a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier), 1 cat (American Short Hair), and a horse (15 hand Connemara). While I leave the horse back riding to my daughter, I am a leader of The Flying Change 4-H Horse Club. My family and I are now in our 3rd New Jersey home, and I am intimately aware of (and sympathetic to) the multitude of challenges that come with even the shortest of geographic moves.

I've had 2 previous careers prior to launching my Real Estate Business - first in the corporate world when I commuted into New York City and worked for Citibank and American Express in Financial Services Direct Marketing. My background in Direct Marketing has enabled me to effectively 'break through' the clutter when promoting my listings. And, since both of those jobs required a great deal of air travel, I can answer your questions regarding commuting and airport accessibility from my own personal experience. After I left the corporate world, I launched and ran a nanny placement firm for several years. Thus, I'm sensitive to your need to rely on me and I'm never hesitant to work to find a solution when there is a challenge during a transaction.
