Help Hungry Sussex County Families Through Foodstock

Did you realize food pantry shortages INCREASE during the summer months? Decreased donation and increased need due to the summer break from school lunch and breakfast programs leave many Sussex County families hungry.  Help feed hungry Sussex County families!

Enter Foodstock:  an annual spring countywide food drive started 15 years ago through the coordinated efforts of Pass it Along, United Way of Northern New Jersey, and The New Jersey Herald.

Between now and the first week of June, YOU can donate food and household items in Foodstock collection boxes located at many businesses and organizations throughout the county, including Team Nest Builder’s Realty Executives Exceptional Realtors office building at 54 Woodport Road in Sparta!

At the end of the collection period, volunteers sort and distribute to more than a dozen food pantries including in Andover, Lafayette, Wantage,Newton, Stillwater and Vernon.
